MENAECHMI

Just got back from an audition for Plautus' THE BROTHERS MENAECHMUS. The play served as the (supposed) basis for Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors. I've never done Shakespeare let alone plays that inspired him so it was all kind of interesting. I actually think I have a pretty good shot at getting it. I'm also supposed to hear about an audition for a revival of a play called Tracers this next week. We shall see, we shall see.

Finished another revision on the little one-act I'm writing. Waiting on feedback on that and working on two scenes for class. I guess I'm busy but it still feels as though I'm mired in molasses. Time just lopes slowly along and no one is returning my calls this weekend. Shucks.
